    Return Policy

    1. Return Eligibility

    • Custom products are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival

    2. Return Process

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at admin@finishline wear.com with your order details and reason for return.
    • Approved returns will receive an email  Items must be returned in their original condition 

    3. Refunds

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 - 30 business days

    4. Exchanges

    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item, please contact us at admin@finishlinewear.com
